ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2021

Attention Students:  The Interact Club will be hosting a competition on the website www.Freerice.com on November 30th to December 17th.  To participate, use the code in your google classroom to join a group once you make an account.

Attention all boys in Grades 10-12 who plan on trying out for the high school boys’ basketball team…  The first day of tryouts is today from 3:00 – 5:30 PM in the high school Field House.  The second day of tryouts will be tomorrow, Saturday, November 20th from 9:00 – 11:30 AM, and the third day will be Monday, November 22nd from 3:00 – 

5:30 PM.   If you plan on trying out, you MUST have all required physical paperwork turned in prior to the first day of tryouts.  Physical paperwork can be found at the following link.  If you have any questions, contact Coach Klausman at [email protected].  

Attention 9th Grade Boys Interested in Trying Out for Boys’ Basketball:   Tryouts for 9th grade basketball will be Monday, November 22nd through Wednesday, November 24th from 6:00 – 7:30 PM at the Junior High School.  If you plan on trying out, you MUST have all physical paperwork turned in prior to tryouts.  If you have any questions, contact Coach Klausman at [email protected].   

There will be a 9th grade boys’ basketball open gym from 3:00 – 5:00 PM today at the Junior High School.

Seniors:  The deadline is quickly approaching for submission of senior photos.  Any student who did not have a Provine photo taken or who is not planning to use that photo must email a photo to Mrs. Vanish by January 21.  No late photos will be accepted for any reason.  All submitted photos must meet school dress code, have a plain background, no hands in the photo or objects, and be 300 dpi jpg format.  See Mrs. Vanish with questions.  

Attention Seniors: A representative from the adult programs at the CTC will be set up during lunches today. Please stop by the table and see what programs they have to offer.

Attention Seniors:  The Central PA Chapter of the Women’s Transportation Seminar is announcing the continuation of its local and national scholarship program.  The scholarships are open to female students currently attending high school, trade school, junior college, undergraduate school, or graduate school in Pennsylvania.  Any female student who is considering a career related to transportation may apply.  For directions and applications, please visit the website for more information.  Completed applications must be received at the email or mailing address by Friday, December 10th.
