The Mountain Lion Echo Newspaper has created a scavenger hunt for all students.  Be sure to grab scavenger hunt papers during lunch today or tomorrow or in room B130. Scavenger hunts can also be accessed at the top of the Mountain Echo website. Scavenger hunt papers are due by Wednesday, November 24th in room B130 by the end of the day.  The names will be pulled after Thanksgiving break. Winners of the scavenger hunt will receive Sheetz or coffee cart card gift cards.    Hope everyone participates!!

Attention Students: Did you know that AAHS has peer tutoring available? Our peer tutors are available for almost every subject area. It is easy to sign up. Simply contact your counselor or complete a simple Google Form! (https://forms.gle/TL6r1m5JRdv6686L6) Within a few days, you will be matched with an available tutor. YOU MUST CHECK YOUR EMAIL. Your tutor will contact you through email to set up a time/place (including virtual) that works for both of you.

Attention All Seniors:  It’s time to show your Senior pride!  Students are reminded to go to Jostens.com or mail order form to order your custom graduation announcements, gear, etc., by Friday, December 3rd, or for your convenience, the Jostens Graduation Company will be at school to collect your orders on Wednesday, December 1st from 7:45 AM thru lunches in the Cafeteria Area.  The Jostens Graduation Company needs your order now!  See the Graduation Celebration Packet label for details.

Attention Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors:  What a great way to show your school pride and spirit!  It’s time to order your school class jewelry!  The Jostens Class Jewelry Company is accepting your order now!  Please see the label on the Ring Design Kit and the flyer inside for the FREE Adidas backpack promotion when ordering by Friday, December 3rd.  Place your order online, or by mail before Friday, December 3rd.  In addition, the Jostens Class Jewelry Company will be here on Wednesday, December 1st from 7:45 AM thru lunches in the cafeteria area to help you with your class jewelry order!  Only a $75.00 deposit is needed to order for most choices.  Extra packets are available in the main office.  Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors may order at this time.  Also, you can bring your Jostens class ring in for service and adjustments if necessary!  This will be the last in-school order day this year!

Attention Seniors:  The Central PA Chapter of the Women’s Transportation Seminar is announcing the continuation of its local and national scholarship program.  The scholarships are open to female students currently attending high school, trade school, junior college, undergraduate school, or graduate school in Pennsylvania.  Any female student who is considering a career related to transportation may apply.  For directions and applications, please visit the website for more information.  Completed applications must be received at the email or mailing address by Friday, December 10th.
