Attention Seniors:  The Power House Subs Senior Class Afterglo Fundraiser forms and money are due TODAY, by the end of the school day, to Mrs. Dumm in B120.  Late forms and money will not be accepted.

Attention Seniors:  The last day to submit senior portraits for the Horseshoe yearbook is this Friday, January 21st.  Absolutely no photos will be accepted after that date.

Attention Juniors Taking the S.A.T. this Spring:  Mr. Spayd’s Math Practice Program for the Spring has begun.  Each week a new short Math Practice will be available on Google Classroom.  Week #2 Practice has been downloaded and is ready to be completed.  The Practice will be accompanied by an S.A.T. Math Formula-sheet and a KEY to check answers.

Attention Students:  This is just a reminder that student schedules for the second semester can be found on Skyward.  Hard copies will not be available.  Again, student schedules can be found on Skyward.

Attention Seniors:  The AAHS Scholarship and the Elementary PTO Scholarship are now available online.  Simply go to the Altoona Area High School page, click on AAHS Links, then click on scholarship.  Just follow the prompts to fill out the applications.  The deadline for both scholarships is January 31.  If you have any questions, please stop by the counseling office.

Attention Seniors:  Name Verification form were handed out in your reporting room.  This form must be completed, signed by your parent or guardian and returned to your reporting room teacher by this Friday, January 21st.  Also, if you did not place your cap and gown order through Jostens, please complete the information at the bottom of the form.  The diploma and cap and gown orders are being placed at the end of January.  Be sure to return your forms so your items are ordered.

Attention Seniors:  Applications for the AAHS Alumni Scholarship are now available outside the counseling office.  Completed applications must be returned to the counseling office by March 4.  Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.

Attention Seniors:  Applications for the Devon Pfirsching Scholarship are now available outside the counseling office.  You must have proof that you will be attending post-secondary education either by submitting college applications and/or acceptances, and you must have participated in a sport and/or club activity.  Completed applications must be turned into the counseling office by 3:00 February 28th.  Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.

Attention Seniors:  Applications for the Kiera Chirdon Memorial Scholarship are now available outside the counseling office.  This scholarship will be awarded to a cancer survivor or orchestra student who plans on continuing their education.  Completed applications must be turned into the counseling office by 3:00 February 28th.  Late applications will not be accepted for any reason.
