During the week of March 14-18, the Youth and Government club, adviser Thomas Fox, and his student teacher Anthony Labriola will be fundraising money for the Save the Children foundation by doing the “Hats for Ukraine” event, which will aid the Ukrainian children who have been affected by the ongoing Russian invasion.

“It means a lot for someone who studies history, I mean that’s what I major at school. So I enjoy looking at all of the world conflicts, wars and problems that have happened in the world, but I also like looking at the good things. I’m a strong believer in hope and the ability for the good things to come out of situations like the one that’s going on right now. I’m just trying to be on the right side of history,” Anthony Labriola  said.

You can purchase a sticker for $1 in order to wear a hat Friday, March 18 in Fox’s room (B313).
