  • Say Cheese! Sophomores Shaylee Rishon and friend Mj White pose for a photo after giving blood at the bloodmobile. This was Rishon's first time giving blood.

  • Pick a Snack! Juniors Grace Osmolinski, April Silva and Elizabeth Strunk smile and pose with a snack that was out on the table for the students' giving blood. Students who gave blood were given the option to chose raisins, pretzels, oreo's and cheez-its.

  • Grab A Sticker! Junior Gianna Marasco and senior Zoe Wilson hold up red and green stickers for the students. These stickers were for first time blood donors and previous blood donors.

  • Senior Geneva Flarend waits to feel better after donating blood until she can go back up to her classroom. Flarend has donated previously and will continue to donate. "My mom volunteered to donate her blood to the Red Cross and I went with her, since I went with her I always thought I should do it because it is a good thing to do and it can make a big difference," Flarend said.

  • Prom Giveaway! Students throughout the school can sign up to win prizes for the prom. The giveaway includes a formal style, make-up and your choice of dip nails or nail polish. All students were to do was to enter your name on a piece of paper and put it in the gold box.

  • Waiting For The Donation! Students sat in the chairs right at the entrance of the auxiliary gym to wait for their turns to donate blood.

  • Students laid down on tables waiting while the nurse is getting the needle ready.
