Students to attend baseball game

Go Curve! Phys Ed, Health and Driver’s Ed classes are taking a field trip to watch a baseball game at People Natural Gas Field. This field trip will take place May 8, 2019.

On Wednesday May 8, students in HPE (Health and Physical Education) and Driver’s Ed Classes will be taking a field trip to the Altoona Curve to watch a baseball game. This field trip will take place at People’s Natural Gas Field.
All classes will be going to the Curve to observe team sports concepts and strategies as well as the influence of advertising, etc. Students will pay for their $5 ticket and food if they want.
“I think my favorite part about the trip will be the actual game itself because everyone gets together and we all watch the game and have a good time,” sophomore Peyton Shaffer said.
