Band travels to Chambersburg for football game
On Friday Sept. 13, the marching band will perform during the football game in Chambersburg.
This Friday will be the band’s second away game. The marching band will travel to Chambersburg by bus. The band is to leave at 2:15 p.m. during the school day.
The band will play a whole new selection of songs, different from their last two halftime performances.
“I’m really excited about the Chambersburg game. I liked the songs we played before but, change is always nice. Especially with the cool new songs we’re playing,” junior Lisa Yarnell said.
The new songs include Rock Lobster, Fly Like An Eagle, and Carry On My Wayward Son. The band will have two days this week to learn the new songs before the football game performance.
