Foreign language club raises funds
Members of FLC are selling Claysburg pizza, cinnamon rolls, and strombolis. If you want to buy one of your own, make sure to do so by October 1st.
The FLC (Fanatics of Language and Culture) Club is starting the year with a stromboli fundraiser. Members of the club will be selling Claysburg Pizza and Strombolis to raise money for the club.
“We are raising money for the club, so we can plan field trips and donate to charities such as the Heifer project and scholarships,” club adviser Madame Skomra said.
The club is also holding a T-shirt design contest for its members. The winning design will be turned into the club’s T-shirt for they school year. T-shirt designs and fundraising forms are due by Oct. 1. The next meeting is on Oct. 1.
