Pauline Baker Rodgers School of Dance had to postpone their Christmas party to a later date due to Covid-19 regulations. The dance school always holds the party close to Christmas but due to Covid-19, it was put on hold.

All dancers were affected and quite upset. They would always do their competition dances followed by having a large lunch with home cooked foods.

“It really stinks but it’s for the best. It’s a tradition and everyone loves to showcase what they’ve been working on this whole time, freshman Jaynie Estlow said.”

This affects Altoona High, as many dancers go to the high school. Most of the dancers who go to high school put their everything into dance. The senior dancers are also quite hurt because they’ve worked for their whole lives for it to be taken away their last year due to Covid-19.
