Astroteens assemble! The Astronomy Club meets to discuss future events and field trips. They will soon be going to Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh.

On March 23, the Astronomy and Foreign Language Clubs will be hosting a trip for their members to Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh.

“Carnegie has a brand new exhibit about colonizing Mars, and we will also attend both a planetarium show and a full IMAX feature movie while there. Then on the way home, Madame Skomra has chosen our dinner destination, in which students have an opportunity to enjoy cultural food as well,” Astronomy Club adviser James Krug said.

Members of the two clubs will have to pay a fee to sign up and will leave early in the morning, returning at 7 p.m.
