On Tues. Oct. 10 the Bandarama concert will be taking place in the auditorium at 7:00 p.m.. This year, tickets will not be sold at the concert, instead, donations will be taken at the door.
On Sat. Oct. 7, freshman trombone player Ian Esper lost his home to a fire. The music staff decided to not sell tickets, but rather take donations from anyone who would like to, with all proceeds going to the Esper family.
“We will not be selling tickets at the concert. Instead we will be taking donations at the door with all proceeds going to the Esper family. We’re always happy to help out the students and families in our program, and we’re glad to have the opportunity to do so,” band director Larry Detwiler said.

I’m pretty sure over $4,000 was raised. Amazing outcome! So happy for my friend Ian!
