Class Officers

Each grade level organizes an executive committee to represent the grade level. The executive committee also elects officers from each grade. There is a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Here are the sophomore and freshman class officers.

Q: What made you want to become sophomore class president?

A: I like to be involved with the school and take pride in being an officer. 

Q: How did you react when you heard you won?

A: I was excited and looking forward to doing something good for our class.

Q: What made you want to become sophomore class vice president?

A: Knowing the validation of knowing I’m the VP of the sophomore class.

Q: How did you react when you heard you won?

A: I was happy, but I was also upset with the news that one of my friends and I were running against each other.

Q: What made you want to become sophomore class secretary?

A: I heard about the things that come with the position and the responsibilities and that was something that I wanted to take on.

Q: How did you react when you heard you won?

A: I was really excited because I had it last year and it was really fun. So getting it this year was really nice.

Q: What made you want to become sophomore class treasurer?

A: I wanted to be a part of my class and help in the ways that I can.

Q: How did you react when you heard you won?

A: I was pretty excited because I was going up against a couple of people so it was a good feeling.

Q: What made you want to become freshman class president

A: I just like doing things for my friends and I just wanted to get more involved in my school, and I figured freshman year you don’t really know a lot about your school yet, so I thought it would be a good way to get introduced.

Q: How did you react when you heard you won?

A: I was really happy because I kind of put it in last minute, so I was just happy that people wanted to vote for me.

Q: What made you want to become freshman class vice president

A: I wanted to get more involved in a club at the high school. So I figured a lot of my friends were joining the club, and I found it as a good opportunity to try and run so I can be a big part of the club or trying to be a bigger part of this school.

Q: How did you react when you heard you won?

A:   I was very happy because I was very confident that the guy that was running against me had a good chance. But I was very proud of myself that I was able to get people to vote for me.

Q: What made you want to become freshman class secretary

A: I think it would make me stand out from other people, like in my transcript. My friends were also doing it so I thought I might as well. 

Q: How did you react when you heard you won?

A: I was very happy. I’m surprised people will pick me. And I was overall pretty happy about it.

Q: What made you want to become freshman class treasurer

A: My cousin decided that she wanted to become president and also my best friend decided she wanted to run for office, so I got the fun opportunity to do something with my friends.

A:  I was very happy that I won. It felt good.
