Boys’ basketball team to play first game

Senior Cohen Crawford also played on the basketball team his junior year.

On Friday Dec. 1 the 2023-2024 boys’ basketball team starts their season with a tournament at Baldwin High School.

“I’m pretty excited, basketball is one of my favorite sports so get some of the teammates and have a good time,” returning starter senior Cohen Crawford said.

Tickets for all games can be purchased at the door for $2, and the year game access card available each year in the athletic office can also get students in to every game. For the full boys’ basketball schedule click here.

I'm a junior, I play basketball and I jump in track and field. I took Intro to Publications and really enjoyed writing about athletics and stories that came up throughout the year; so I joined Mountain Echo. If I'm not at school I'm probably with my friends, playing basketball, or sleeping while listening to music. I listen to all kinds of music but my favorite artists at the moment are Mac Miller and Frank Ocean.
