National Honor Society is a school organization which recognizes senior students in four categories: scholarship, leadership, community service and character. Students are selected through holding at least a 92.0% unweighted GPA in grades 9, 10, 11 and having a weighted Class Rank of 80 or greater. After being selected, students must prove acts of community service and leadership skills, while teachers input on a student’s character.
On May 10, 2024 National Honor Society will hold their annual induction, inducting the junior students into the organization.
“I’m looking forward to working with this talented group of students and to see all their ideas and community involvement come to life,” National Honor Society adviser Deidra Dumm said.
