The National Honor Society is offering free peer tutoring in the library Monday through Thursday. The sessions go from right after school to 3:45 p.m. and can cover any subject. Students who would like to participate should bring any notes or other materials that may help them. The sessions are all walk-ins, so interested students do not need to schedule or reach out in advance.
“The program has been very successful,” NHS adviser Deidra Dumm said. “There are always slow times and busy times, but most kids report that it helped them succeed in a class in which they were struggling or just needed some extra help.”
