On Monday, Dec. 9 at the Altoona Lady Lions basketball game, the girls’ soccer team is being honored for winning the District Championship.
“It is nice to be recognized for all our hard work. We worked hard throughout the season to get to this point and I am glad we are getting recognition,” senior captain Alannah Irwin said.
The basketball game starts at 5 p.m., and the soccer girls will be honored at halftime.
