Practice. The bocce team sits and takes time to rest during practice. They are looking to become better as the season goes on.
The bocce team hosts the first home meet of the season on Jan. 7 at 3:00 p.m. against Central. The meet will take place in the field house.
“I like rolling the ball and the pallina and I like when the people come to the game.” junior Bocce team member Adam Savino said.
This marks the third year of bocce being offered for students to participate in. The team is coached by Amy and Jeff Savino, who originally created the team to offer more opportunities for students with special needs to get involved with their peers.
