Track and field team to host annual Mountain Lion Classic

The track team has a meeting and is told they won after the Carlisle meet.

On Fri. May 2 the track and field team will host the Mountain Lion Classic meet. 17 AAA and AA schools around PA will be attending the meet, all competing towards the goal of first place.

¨I’m always excited to be able to compete in the Mountain Lion Classic,¨ senior Alannah Irwin said. ¨The atmosphere is unlike other meets, and the competitive nature of it makes it even more enjoyable.¨

The meet will be held at Mansion Park Stadium, starting at 12:30 p.m..

I’ve always loved to write, and after last year’s Intro to Pub class, it inspired me to join the newspaper staff. I am a junior here at the high school, and love to learn. Outside of school, I love to be active, from playing pickup basketball, to playing disc golf, and even doing some pickle balling. I also love music. My favorite artists are Tyler, The Creator, Frank Ocean, and Steve Lacy.
