The Student Council will participate in a bowling fundraiser on Sunday, Oct.14.  It will be held at the Pleasant Valley Bowl from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.

 Students in the club signed up to be a part of five teams that include five members. Junior Addison Burchfield is one of the members in a team.

 “I’m most excited just to get to hang out with my friends and be able to help support a program like Mt. Lion Backpacks is really cool as well,” Burchfield said.“I don’t really know how my team will do, I hope we do well but either way I think it will be a lot of fun.”

 The fundraiser event will benefit the Mt. Lion Backpack Program by helping raise fund to buy food that will eventually go into backpacks.
