Super late response but the person is being told to ‘try music’ while they are actively already using music to cope with stress. In the first image they are wearing a band shirt, and in the second they are wearing headphones. The last panel also shows them in class being stressed because they can’t listen to music to cope. This is most likely a reference to how you often can’t listen to music without going through the frankly tedious and often inaccessible process of getting special permission.
