Girls League accepting Easter for Eli donations
Until March 17, Girls League will be accepting Easter basket filler donations for children and teenagers. These donations will be accepted in either the library or the girls’ locker room office.
“He started this about eight years ago and has taken 60,000 baskets to hospitals in our area. My husband worked with Eli’s father. This shows that you need to count your blessings because when you realize how many baskets he has taken to hospitals it makes you realize how many kids are in hospitals. It truly puts a number to things,” Girls League adviser Megan Yingling said.
Throughout the week of March 6, Girls League will also be accepting monetary donations at all of the lunches.
