A: “34 years.”
Q: What was your role at AAHS?

A: “Working with all the wonderful people that I have worked with in the past years and all the students that made my job fun.”
Q: What made you decide to take the path of education?

Q: What do you plan to do after retiring?
A: “Enjoy my new granddaughter and travel to see my three children and also travel with my husband. I don’t think my retirement will affect the Lioneers. I’ll just have more free time at home and to do things during the day. I’ll come in for practices after school and the games that evening.”

A: “Hanging out with Mrs. Yingling and all the other physical education teachers.”
Q: What have you learned from the students at Altoona?
A: “To stay young and how to adapt to a lot of different situations in life. I also learned how to try and make everything positive.”
