Chorus to host second Karaoke Night

Sing, Sing Sing. Choir members hang out while one of their classmates sings. This was taken at the last Karaoke Night.

On May 10, the choir is having a karaoke night. There will be 20 students singing. Karaoke will take place in the chorus room, B105 from 6-8 p.m.

“Karaoke night is a time to get together and share our love of singing in a different environment than school chorus. People sing a variety of songs that they personally relate to and love: pop, rock, musical theater, country – to name a few. The lighting is reflective of a karaoke club and people bring snacks to enjoy. It’s a great way to hang out with friends from other classes and get to know others,” chorus director Kelly Sipes said.

This is the second time the choir has had a karaoke night.
