Announcements for 05/22/24


Attention students: Any student who has failed a core course (English, math, Social Studies, or science) and has not already registered for summer school should come to the Counseling Office to get a registration form. Summer school registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please return your signed registration papers to the counseling office ASAP. You may pay in the Main Office by cash or a check made out to AAHS. You may also pay with a credit card via Skyward.

Game, set, match! Elevate your summer with our Tennis Clinics beginning June 4. Held every Tuesday and Thursday, 8-9 AM. Beginners welcome! Registration open in Mrs. Hogan and Mrs. Mitchell’s rooms.

Attention AAHS students taking the June 1 SAT exam: Please plan to turn in your Chromebook on your assigned turn-in day. If you do not bring a personal device to test with on June 1 st , a Chromebook will be provided to you the day of the exam once you enter your testing room. Plan on arriving at or before 7:30 on exam day to ensure your device is ready to begin testing at 8:00 AM. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Leone in room A222.

Attention students: Would you like to have a say in next year’s Homecoming Games Night and theme days? If so, the Homecoming Committee would like your ideas! Mrs. Curry will be accepting applications for membership now through Thursday, September 10 th . You may pick up and return applications in room B226 during the school day. You will receive an acceptance pass in September via email if selected. Current Juniors interested in running for next year’s Homecoming King or Queen should let their club sponsor or coach know. Voting ballots are due at the beginning of next school year!
