Human Systems and Disease: semester, 0.5 credit – Freshmen only, took Integrated Science 3

“The Careers in Science is a semester elective open to all students in grades 9-12.  This course will benefit any student who is considering a career in science or is interested in finding out what types of science careers exist.  In the course, students will learn that there are many different science-related careers and that not all careers require a four-year degree.  Actually, many science-related fields require either a two-year degree or training in a specialized program.  All students of all academic abilities can benefit from this course,” science teacher Patricia Sohmer said.
