On Dec. 13-17, the Mountain Echo will be holding a candy cane gram sale during all lunches. They will be sold for $1 each. The staff thought to do this as a way to end school before winter break. 

“I thought it could get all of the students in the holiday spirit and also help the newspaper with funding at the same time,” senior lead marketing manager Avery Reid said. 

Candy canes will be distributed to homeroom teachers the week of Dec. 20 and given to students while in homeroom.
