Attention Juniors and Seniors: If you are interested in being a member of the Junior/Senior Executive
Committee, please stop in and see Mrs. Dumm in B120 for an application. The executive committee will help
make decisions for various junior/senior events, including, but not limited to, class song, colors, motto, and the
prom theme. If you have already expressed interest in your officer application last year, you do not need to
complete a new one. All are welcome to apply! Applications are due by Friday, September 9th.

Attention Juniors and Seniors – It is time to start fundraising again for the Class of 2023 and Class of 2024.
Marianna Hoagie Orders forms are located in Mrs. Dumm’s Room B120. All funds are to benefit your specific
class activities. Order forms and money are due by Wednesday, October 5th. We are encouraging the members
of the junior class to help with this fundraiser – every little bit helps! Both juniors and seniors have the ability to
earn free prom tickets!!

Attention Freshmen and Sophomores: If you would like to be a class officer (President, Vice President,
Secretary or Treasurer) for the 9 th or 10 th grade class, please submit one paragraph on why you would like to be
in that position and what your plans would be for your class this year. The paragraph should be submitted to
Mr. Palfey by Friday of next week (9/2/22).

Attention potential Homecoming Candidates: If you would like to be the next AAHS
Homecoming Royal, please see your advisor or coach to run. Your advisor or coach has been
emailed a copy of this year’s Homecoming Packet that includes candidate information. Chosen
candidates from coaches or advisors must be submitted to Mrs. Curry by no later than Friday,
September 2nd. Any questions, please see Mrs. Curry. The Homecoming Royal will be crowned at
Friday, October 1st’s football game.

Attention students: Would you like to have a say in this year’s Homecoming Games Night and
theme days? If so, the Homecoming Committee would like your ideas! Mrs. Curry will be accepting
applications for membership now through Friday, September 2nd. You may pick up an application in
room B226 during the school day. The application is due back to Mrs. Curry in room B226 by Friday,
September 2nd at 3pm. You will receive an acceptance pass via email by Tuesday, September 6th if
selected."

Attention students: Do you enjoy getting in the spotlight and being the center of attention? Or
maybe you like carpentry, designing fashion, painting, or other arts and crafts? How about
seeing some awesome shows in New York City? Then you should come to our first drama club
meeting this Thursday, September 1st from 3-4:30 in the Auditorium. We'll be discussing this
year's shows, play auditions, backstage crew sign-ups, and other trips and activities for this
year. See Mr. Cossitor in the B129 Blackbox Theatre if you can't make it.

Attention Baseball players not currently playing a fall sport: Any high school student in
grades 9-12 not currently playing a fall sport but interested in playing high school baseball
should report to the Mansion Park baseball field on Tuesday, September 6 th at 4:00 PM for the
first fall workout. Workouts will be held Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:00 to 6:15 PM
throughout the month of September.
