The food, customer service and overall experience at Jaidee Thai is exceptional.

The cuisine is delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant creates a calming, welcoming vibe with its thoughtful decorations and attentive service. The staff is always friendly, offering recommendations and ensuring guests feel at home from the moment they step in, to the moment they step out.

During the visit, the dumplings were ordered, which were served as a set of four. They offered both fried and steamed options, but the steamed version was preferred, although both were equally good. Alongside the dumplings, honeydew Thai bubble tea was enjoyed. The tea had a pleasantly sweet flavor, with a surprisingly smooth and creamy milk texture that added to the overall enjoyment. The balance of sweetness in the drink complemented the savory dishes perfectly, making it an excellent choice.

One common thing about Jaidee Thai is their customers are either regulars or people from out of town. With a family-owned restaurant, it is hard to keep up with payments, yet they never seem to be in a downward spiral; they are always on top of their services to do their best for their customers. Their dedication to consistency and quality is evident in every aspect of the business and it’s clear they put a lot of heart into running it.

In Altoona, there’s another Thai restaurant called Aoy Thai. While the food at Aoy Thai is very similar to Jaidee Thai, there are a couple of differences between dining arrangements. Aoy Thai is known for its quick and delicious food. However, for a more relaxed and enjoyable dining experience, Jaidee Thai is the place to go.
