Football team enters October with 2-5 record

As the varsity football team continues their season this Friday at Mansion Park for the Homecoming game against Chambersburg, they hope to break the streak of home game losses.  The Mountain Lions began their season against Hollidaysburg with a loss but improved their record as the season continued.

My name is Adrielle McNeal, and this is my second year as a Mountain Echo staff member. I took Intro to Pub my freshman year, and fell in love with the class. Along with Mountain Echo, I am an editor for the Horseshoe yearbook. Balancing both classes can be a lot, but it’s worth it. I also participate in the drama club and Black Student Union.

¡Hóla! My name is Alannah Heyward. I am a sophomore at AAHS. This is my firs year on the Mountain Echo, I am also part of the yearbook staff as well. I do a lot of activities outside of Mountain Echo and yearbook, which involve basketball, clubs and cooking. During my free time, I am usually playing basketball, with my niece, or playing with my dog. I am a very friendly person and I am also a family person. I am honored to be on staff and can’t wait to see what this year brings.
