On most days, you can find me playing tennis, but I also enjoy cozying up with a good book. My favorite things are Taylor Swift, Pinterest, coffee shops and chilly fall days. My plan for the future is to study sports medicine and to buy my dream car, a black Porsche.

Winter Sports Standout Athletes

Backhand strike. Aikens prepared to hit the ball coming to his left hand side. He hit the ball on the line.

Cleaning the court. Braden Jubeck picks up balls that are scattered around the court. He used a hopper to do this.

Getting started. Jubeck is a new member of the team. He worked on his forehand form.

In the air. Brody Kenawell throws ball into the air and prepares to make contact. He was positioned in the tennis serving position called "The trophy position."

Playing hard. Leim King-Settles works hard to win the game. He was against challenging opponents.

Locked in. Lanzendorfer focus on his serve. He hit an ace that won him the point

Keeping score. Sophomore Avery Lanzendorfer keeps score by moving the tennis balls. He won the game which made him move the colored ball down.

Ready for robotics! Freshman Jenna Weyant sits in her robotics class. "I'm excited to practice new skills and learn all about the topic of robotics ," Weyant said.

Working hard! Sophomore Emmalee Martyak works on her packet for health class. Health is a half year course.

Fun with friends! Students are sitting together in their art elective. They created amazing artwork all while having a good time.

Admirable art! Freshman Addy Seilhamer sits in her art 1 elective class. She colored and sketched pictures for the course.

Fearless freshman! Freshman Diego Gil choses to take the AP computer science elective his first year of high school. " I wanted to take the class because I thought it would be really good for me to be able to take an AP in my freshman year," Gil said.

Amazing AP! An elective offered to students is AP computer science principles. Many students took this class because of the importance coding had on the world.

Costly castle! Cinderella's Castle, located in Magic Kingdom costs about $36.9 million. When it was built in 1970, it only costed $4.7 million.

Ready stance! Senior Melana Eyer held the ball during warm-up, getting ready for action. Her focus sharpens, as she mentally prepares for the game.

Ready steady! Raylin Eyer stood with her arms wide, ready to receive the pass. She keeps her eyes locked on the ball in preparation.

Amazed gaze! Eva Beck and Ryann Lantzy talked excitedly to their teammates about the amazing shot just made. Their faces show pure shock, still in disbelief over the amazing play.

Rebound bound! Zae Moore positioned herself under the hoop, ready to grab the rebound. She stays focused, finding the best opportunity to grab the ball.

Move and grove! Senior Annabella Fanelli danced effortlessly with the Lioneers dance team. She moves in perfect harmony, syncing every step flawlessly.

Quick trick! Freshman Lia Ross showcased her special move during the Lioneers performance. She adds a unique touch, impressing the audience with her skill.

Court support! Freshman Brionna Hudson moved swiftly down the court during the game. She stays focused, ready to support her teammates.

Team taps! Senior, Lanie Wilt, walked off court and high fived teamates. Wilt is commited to play basketball for D’Youville University.
