The Altoona Symphony Orchestra will be holding a combined concert with the Altoona Area High School Vocal Ensemble on Dec. 4, 2021. Joining them is a small group of students outside of the vocal ensemble who auditioned to sing in the concert. The groups have been preparing for several weeks, with the conductor even coming into the school to practice with the vocal ensemble. 

“I’d say it’s pretty cool getting to work with people that are older and more experienced. It’s a great opportunity,” sophomore Jane Fox said.

The concert is being held in the AAHS auditorium. Tickets for the concert will be sold in advance and at the door. Tickets will cost $35 for adults and $15 for students.
