One of the main areas for students to go on a run at are neighborhoods. Going for a run either in the morning or afternoon. Running keeps many people in shape. Running helps the body stay healthy the longer a run is. Getting a pair of running shoes and going for a run.

Running is good for student’s health. When running it can boost the ability to deal with existing mental tension and relieve stress. Running can help the human body produce vitamin D, which is a nutrient that helps the human body function properly. Running increases endorphins which helps elevate mood after the run.

Running keeps everyone in shape and fit. Running can help build stamina as long as people run daily. Running often can strengthen muscles like the calves, quads, hamstrings, hips and glutes. Especially running on gravel and trails helps improve those body parts fast. Strengthening the human body’s bones is another effect of running because the consent movement from the legs rotating helps.

Connecting with nature is another side of running often. Students going outside for a run can help them stay away from technology screens. Most runs can help students explore new areas around the world. Running on a new trail or path can be a different experience based on the terrain students are running on. Being outside can help students breath the fresh air and experience the soothing breeze. During runs students can see the different types of animals and plants around them.

From experience I have been in great shape from running everyday since I was 13. In the beginning my stamina was not the best, running for the first time. Also, training everyday helped me improve my muscles and strength. To this day, I still work hard to improve my stamina and endurance. The cross country team goes on six mile runs everyday during the season, helping us control our pace and health.

The main reason students should try going on road runs is because they can meet others who run everyday. Going on road runs can help increase a student’s health. Students can strengthen many parts of their body, one being the quads. The number of trails students can run on are endless and they can run freely without knowing how much they’ve truly run.
