Rotary Career Fair set for April 24

Posters hang around the school, displaying the Rotary Career Fair information. Students must register by April 1 if they wish to attend.

On April 24, sophomores will have the chance to attend the Spring 2025 Rotary Career Fair at the Blair County Convention Center. Students will eat A lunch, leave at 11:30 a.m. and return around 2:15 p.m.

“I am really excited to attend the career fair,” sophomore Peyton Pennington said. “I am ready to look at different career options and even though I already know I would like to be a history teacher or police officer, it will be nice to see my options.”

Students must complete the Google Form if they wish to attend this event.

Hey! During my third year on staff, my senior year, I have taken on the role of being Editor in Chief for Mountain Echo. My sophomore and junior year, I served as associate editor. Outside of school I enjoy hanging out with my best friend, exercising, watching Netflix, photography and working as a lifeguard and teaching swim lessons at the YMCA. After high school I plan to pursue a medical path, with the intent of being a nurse practitioner. I’m looking forward to this school year and seeing what it brings our way!
