Kathryn Curry’s art class will receive an artist in residence during Nov. 17, 18 and 19 during periods 6-8.
“It’s [having an artist in residence] a nice change of pace,” Curry said. “I feel like teachers can get stuck in their routine, so breaking free from that is a nice change. I always learn something new from them.”
She has had an artist in residence for the past five years and will be applying for one in the spring.
