Mock trial starts up

Mock trial has held multiple meetings already and has started their first case. Mock trial is a club where students are assigned a role to play in a court case which they act out. This club gives a real-life court experience for any student who is interested.

“I love mock trial. When I grow up I want to be a criminal prosecutor, and mock trial gives me the experience I will one day use in real life,” senior Vydalia Weatherly said.

“I enjoy mock trail because of the friends I’ve made throughout it. I don’t exactly want to go into law, but I do enjoy analyzing the case and the acting portion of it. I have to become my character and I love it,” sophomore Savannah Green said.

If anyone has any questions, junior high teacher John Blough is the mock trial coach.
