My name is Bailey Diehl, and this is my first year on Mountain Echo staff. I love writing, researching and taking pictures, so journalism seemed like the perfect fit for me. I joined the news writing team in 2025, and I joined the girls’ golf team in 2024. When I’m not focused on mountains of schoolwork, I read, draw, work and spend time with my friends and family. I also enjoy a lot of outdoor activities like riding dirt bikes, fishing, hunting and archery. After high school, I plan to finish my apprenticeship as a tattoo artist.
