Boys’ soccer to face Holidaysburg

On Thursday, Oct. 2, the boys’ soccer team will play Hollidaysburg at Mansion Park. Junior varsity will play at 6:00 p.m. followed by varsity at 7:30 p.m..

“We have already beaten them [Holidaysburg] once, so we are definitely hoping to beat them again,” sophomore Diego Gil said. “ I think we will be more organized and come out with a win.”

This is the second time the team’s schedule has brought them to face Hollidaysburg after a 3-2 win on Sept. 8.

My name is Isabella Benjamin, but everyone calls me Izzie, and this is my first year on staff. I have loved taking photos since I was little and it was when I watched Gilmore Girls that I realized I could write and take photos in school. Aside from Mountain Echo I am involved in student council, Girls’ League, S.A.D.D. ( Students Against Destructive Decisions) and more. Outside of school, you can find me skiing, hanging out with my friends and family or always shopping. A fun fact about me is that I am an alpine ski racer.
