Focused on coach John Saboe junior Garrett Baumgartner listens to Saboe’s feedback. “I’m looking forward to seeing how much we can grow as a team from the beginning of the season to the end,” Baumgartner said.

As the upcoming 2022 volleyball season starts, games of this season have already been scheduled. After a few weeks of open gym practices and a few days of practice, there will be a home opener game against Central Martinsburg on March 25.

“Our numbers of players have risen since last year’s season, and I’m anxious, but excited to see the start of what the guys can do. We’ve had a couple of weeks that we’ve practiced during open gym and the guys were doing really well. Especially with those who are new to this sport,” Saboe said.

The junior varsity team will participate at 5:30 p.m. before varsity. Varsity will participate at 6:30 pm.
