Talented individuals. Posted on the black box theater’s window is a sign up sheet for anyone interested in showing off their talents.

“It’s a nice way to maybe make some money.

— Benjamin Cossitor

On March 3 at 7 p.m., The Fine Arts Department will be holding a student talent show in the black box theater. Categories include but are not limited to: dance, vocal and instrumental.

“I think it’s a great opportunity for students to come and have an audience for the things that they’re doing,” drama adviser Benjamin Cossitor said. “We reward the winners. We judge them and give them a score and the top scoring people will get a gift card.”

Auditions for the talent show will be held on Monday, Feb. 27 in B129 starting right after school. Those who wish to audition should sign up for a time slot on the sheet posted outside of the black box theater, after an application is filled out. Applications are due Wednesday, Feb. 22, and can be picked up from Cossitor, Larry Detwiler or Kelly Detwiler.
