Feb. 2 2024 the Drama production will be holding a miscast to showcase the abilities of actors from 6-7:30.
“It’s the opposite of what you think. With the miscast, obviously with traditionally boy characters, there are now going to be girls performing those pieces, so maybe the style of the piece will be different. So, it’s just different from what you would expect. If you think about a song, ‘oh, I think I know about that music, like I know what it is,’ it’s going to be portrayed in a different way,” assistant drama director Jacob Wilt said.
The event will be different from previous casting events.
