In late April the band, chorus, orchestra, and drama club will be traveling to Disney for different performances .The group will be going to a park a day and each group will have different performances. The band will perform at one of the parks main streets parade. Chorus and orchestra will be having a concert and drama will have a clinic with some of the performers. The trip will last five days from April 27 to May 2. They will be taking a 20 hour bus ride to Florida. Larry Detwiler has been planning this trip for months now, and the band members are very happy to be going this year.

“We’re really excited for it since we had to cancel in the past due to Covid,”Detwiler said.

According to some of the members, they are excited to have a break after the hard work they’ve done and are very thrilled to be having this chance to be performing with Disney as they represent Altoona.
