On the Dec. 12-16 the Jesi’s Christmas Collection donations will be finalized and sent off to the Jesi’s Christmas Collection Foundation. All students and staff are encouraged to join in on the donations. 

 “I was asked by Mrs. Solner, a teacher at Juniata elementary, if the high school would want to participate in the Jesi’s Christmas Collection Drive. We are collecting for a couple of causes and those are the Humane Society, the Homeless Shelter and a Toy Workshop for kids,” physical education teacher Megan Yingling said. 

 The Jesi’s Christmas Drive is Jesi’s family’s way of continuing Jesi’s generosity towards other. Librarian Tanya Lukas has been allowing students to drop off all donated items in the library. MLTV adviser Doug Sipes has had his MLTV crew advertise the collection drive on MLTV.
